Manny (from the SonorForum) sells this:
1) Pearl Elim cable hat. 6 foot cable. In perfect working order. Missing the bottom cymbal tilter screw and one screw to tighten legs to pedal, but I actually never noticed them missing in the year I used it so it didn't affect function at all. Replacement parts are cheap and easily obtained from Pearl.
2) Massive 1980's era DW boom cymbal stand. Not sure if I have the actual boom arm, but will include it if I find it. Stand is mainly to use to mount cable hat on. Comes with Clamp to attach cable hat.
3) A pair of 13" mismatched cymbals. 13" Armand bottom (the new armand line, not a regular A) and a K custom dark hi hat top, also 13". Pair sounds pretty good, buy YMMV. In either case there are no cracks, dents or Keyholes.
Unfortunatley I do not have pics at the moment. My reputation as an honest seller should precede me on this board. And of course I will refund your money if for some reason my description above was not perfectly accurate.
$120 plus shipping. May need to go in two boxes so cable doesnt get crimped. Best case scenario is local pickup in NYC area.I have absolutely no need for the hardware (plus the shipping will kill me), but the 13" hihat combo looks tempting!!!
What do You think - IF he decides to split, what would be a nice price?!? And, ABOVE all, what sound to expect?!?
I may be able to ask my relative to pick them up, and then send them to me...
I think this is the cheapest 13"hihat I can find, as a gigging hihat. There's also a 13" K back here for 150euro...
What would You do guys?!?
