Wow for a hanging 14. One photo shows an 18 tipped over for a kick. I kinda wonder...

He must of off'd some pieces.
I tell you, I know a few people right now that do nothing but look for 18 bass drums, convert them, and sell them for big bucks.

That's what I'm thinking, Kel. A standard era huge Phonic Plus kit turned bop.

Big pain in the ass about turning those 18" Phonic floor toms into bass drums is they have 9 lugs which messes with the BD pedal placement if you're trying to use the stock mounts for BD legs. I used a lift instead of BD legs but in the end decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

So it must be genuine? If I had an 18 phonic kick, I doubt I'd be willing to part with it. To get one, I'd pay $1000 but the hanging floor tom is a liability.

If he's charging $2,500 it better damn well be genuine! ;) Still easily $1,500 overpriced in my book.

I see some ridiculous crap out there now, really makes me sick. A 3 piece sonorlite kit for 2999.00, and to top it off, it comes with the lengthy "You gotta have them, because how rare and sought after and truly otherworldly" these drums are.

Ok, Why are you selling them
