Didn't this kit sell just recently? Who is nautilusred?

Another minor oddity to add to the list of curious ebay tactics.

It looks nice enough if you want some big drums, but it seems contradictory to set the bass on its bearing edges in order to photograph their great condition. Ouch!

Glued-on badges with original heads. There's a selling point.

They were available to me locally a while back. I couldn't deal with the sizes though. I don't need an 18, and a square 12 is a nightmare. I had to find a 10 too. I dunno what he's thinking, but he paid too much to begin with. I could have had them all for $2k. The heads are all old and original too, so figure $200 to re-head. The rubber is oldish, so stock up n the APS gaskets and tune safes...I like my Newports better.

I looked at this kit a couple of times. I really like the one up, two down Rock setups like this. I even have one of my 'lite kits configured similarly. But I don't enjoy playing square rack toms, especially over a 24" kick. And, I don't think square toms sound especially good, either.

I assumed it was just the same seller re-listing the kit.
I really like it, but would be impossible to get it down here  .

As he said - perfect for an AC/DC Tribute Band... :)

Great drums - and interesting sizes. But, square toms are very difficult to sell these days...

A few more bucks for a tambourine shell, and that kit would be rock and big-band ready.
